The Flat is super comfortable and is situated in Cumaru Condominium, located in Praia do Francês, the most frequented beach of the South coast of the State. It is an apartment composed of 01 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The property has been totally renovated and furnished to better receive them. Being on the ground floor, it is within easy reach, as well as to the common areas of the condo. It is located on the best part of the beach and very close to practically all the commercial establishments (clothes shops and crafts, bars, restaurants, snack bars, bakery, ice cream shops and supermarket).

The condominium offers a great area of leisure: playground, swimming pool (children and adults) and barbecue. There is a garage area and parking is free of charge.

The apartment has:
 in the bedroom: 01 double bed with a brand new and comfortable Queen D-45 mattress with bagged springs (because we understand that for the day to be good you can not start badly - a good rest after a beach day makes all the difference), two auxiliary beds with 01 single mattress (new) in each bed, wardrobes, wardrobe with 01 SMARTV LED and air conditioning;
 in the kitchen: fully renovated, has planned cabinets, refrigerator, stove, fat scrubber, microwave, blender, set of pots and cooking utensils. ALL of the items described (except the microwave and refrigerator) are new and have been recently installed;
 in the bathroom: fully renovated, has planned cabinet under the sink, wardrobe with mirror, toilet, box and electric shower (everything new).
 in the room there is 01 sofa bed with auxiliary bed, 01 table with glass top and 04 polypropylene chairs, 01 TV Full HD flat screen and 01 freezer;
 on the balcony: 01 table with 04 chairs (plastic) and 01 network.

There is a receptionist at the concierge who stays in the place until 18:00, and then goes to the watch service, which watches over the premises and the security of the place.
