10 minutes from La Flèche and its zoo, this gite for 6 people, located in a hamlet in the Loir Valley, welcomes you in a peaceful and green setting. In addition to the zoo, you will enjoy the leisure center of the Monnerie lakes, the Bourrelière equestrian center, walking and cycling trails, the canoe-kayak base, the Cré sur Loir marsh and its nature reserve...

SHEETS RENTAL: 8€/pers/stay (compulsory for professionals)
HEATING PACKAGE: €8/day (compulsory from October to April).
In addition, close to the Sarthe Valley and the banks of the Loire, you will benefit from numerous possibilities for heritage visits including castles, discovery of the vineyards, multiple cultural events. In this cottage surrounded by a shaded garden with garden furniture and barbecue, you will find on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher...) with a dining area, a living room with sofa bed ( 160x200), a toilet, an entrance and a laundry room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1: bed (140x190, 2: 3 beds (90x190), bathroom with WC. Additional equipment: Wifi access.

Appréciation

Gîte agréable. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et fort sympathiques mais je n'ai pas toujours trouvé que le gîte était adapté pour les enfants en bas âge (nourrissons).
