"Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

"This is a property that will not work for everyone, if you are use to a luxury environment this is not it. If you want to fish, enjoy lake views, jet ski, enjoy camp fires, read, relax and do some self introspection this is it. Not a pamper yourself type of party. "House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. "We really enjoyed gathering together as a family at this property, and the host organization of this property was super helpful and accommodating!! The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the park down the street and the basketball hoop for the kids to play! Grocery shopping was also super easy with the store just 4 minutes away. The only con was that I wish the carpet on the stairs was cleaned with a carpet cleaner only because we had a toddler crawling...

"The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again."

"Overall we liked the place, but I was a little concerned about the neighborhood. It served it's purpose for our trip though. The only thing I wasn't happy with is maintenance was scheduled during our stay and I was uncomfortable with having someone in the house with our belongings while we weren't there. It seems this could have been scheduled when someone wasn't staying at the property. Otherwise the home was lovely."
