"Small cozy hotel with lovely atmosphere in great location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, clean rooms. Good value for money, we loved it and strongly recommend it "
"Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :) "
"We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends. "
"Fantastic property, sad we had it for just a night but was definitely worth the stay. A bit loud with the location and hot with the summer, but is extremely close to everything. "

"3 night stay in Vienna on our way back to UK
Superb hotel, only let down by no restaurant for the evenings, however Erni's nearby is very good for food although the owner can be hard to get on with LOL; make sure not too late getting to him pre 20:00 is advised as he shuts kitchen early. Hotel breakfast is very good and location with public transport is very good only 4 stops to main attractions."
"This was a great hostel. Breakfast was awesome and the location cannot be beat. I was displeased with the service of the staff. Multiple receptionists, bartenders, and workers were rude to us. Don't let people know you're American!"
