「The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location. We were able to go for a nice walk + many facilities nearby. We have already plan to go back to the hotel next year. We hope in the future there will be a little fridge and a kettle...

「Siamo stati due notti in questo hotel in occasione dell'erzbergrodeo, ottima la posizione in centro del paese, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la miniera di erzberg. L'unica nota negativa è che la nostra camera aveva qualche problema con la doccia, usciva poca acqua ed era difficile regolare la temperatura. Posto consigliato. 」

「Appartement très confortable et agréable. Seul inconvénient le passage du camion poubelles et du camion balais sous la fenêtre de la chambre à coucher entre 6 et 7 heures du matin! Région spéciale mais intéressante à cause de l’immense carrière de fer. Un passé historique à découvrir de manière ludique en balade autour de la ville.
