「Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property!」

「Far exceeded our expectations. Supplied most of our needs plus! Had plenty of room for everyone. The deck was such a treat overlooking the lake and made for a super relaxing retreat whether enjoying an early morning cup of coffee or late evening view of the lake and wildlife. Of course swimming and kayacking was a major highlight. The grandkids loved it and asked if we were going again next year!!! It was easy contacting the host for any issues. You will be amazed at the woodwork display...

「I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest our heads for the night. We went to the New York State Fair to see a concert and needed a place to sleep for one night. We looked at hotels in the area but due to the Fair, everything was overly priced and/or only hotels with poor reviews were available. 「Rod and Carm were exceptional hosts! Very communicative, we got the run-down on where we’d be staying and all that would entail—their two dogs/greeters are so cute and friendly! Their property is beautiful and idyllic, a truly all-inclusive lake experience with kayaks and a dock, areas for dining on the deck or sitting and having coffee out on the dock over the water.
