Stone cottage for 4 to 6 people, located in a peaceful, enclosed estate offering shared spaces including a swimming pool, gardens, and a recreational area.
Perfect for visiting Niort, the Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, La Rochelle, and Île de Ré.
Close to wedding venues such as La Gravette or Le Griffier.
A quiet setting for business trips just minutes from Niort.

This charming gîte offers two bedrooms upstairs – one with a 140x190 bed and another with two 90x190 beds and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
If needed, the living room sofa converts into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests.
Two private gardens allow you to enjoy the sunshine and barbecue.

The Domaine de La Guigneraie comprises four independent 18th-century gîtes.
In addition to your private spaces within the gîte, you can enjoy the well-being and relaxing atmosphere of the shared garden – stroll through the rose garden – or unwind in the Zen garden.
Accessible at all times, the shared swimming pool enjoys excellent sun exposure and is equipped with garden furniture and loungers. The recreational area offers a variety of facilities and games suitable for all ages.
Thanks to the size of the estate and the variety of spaces, you can fully enjoy the pool and facilities without feeling crowded.

Ideally located for visiting Niort, the Marais Poitevin, the Futuroscope, La Rochelle and the Île de Ré, this is the perfect spot for a holiday as a couple or family. You can alternate between relaxing days enjoying the on-site activities and days of sightseeing.

You’re also close to reception and wedding venues such as Domaine de la Gravette or Domaine du Griffier.

For business trips, the gîte offers a calm and peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation or remote work just a few minutes from Niort.
