Hôtel fantôme

Hôtel fantôme, nous arrivons un samedi à 19h30, tout est fermé alors que la réception est censée être ouverte jusqu’à 20h. Nous cherchons notre chambre entre les deux bâtiments. Quand nous demandons par téléphone à accéder au jacuzzi (alors que le jour même j’avais eu la propriétaire pour connaître les heures d’accès, cette dernière m'avait indiqué pouvoir en bénéficier jusqu’à 20h45) elle m’indique qu’il était trop sale et qu’il est en régénération. Nous avions réservé cet établissement pour cet équipement. J’émets un doute quant à la saleté du jacuzzi. Il me paraît plus crédible qu'il ait fallu le fermer, car plus personne n'étant sur place, comment aurait-il été possible de fermer la porte ?!? Aucune excuse, aucune remise en question ou proposition commerciale. Quand le lendemain nous rencontrons la propriétaire et que nous lui mentionnons notre impression d’avoir été pris pour des imbéciles au téléphone et qu’on nous avait mal parlé, la seule réponse qui fuse : "ça fait 43 ans et on ne m’a jamais dit cela !!!" Je pense justement que c’est le problème : ça fait peut-être trop 43 ans…

un Logis de France de standing

L'hôtel Blanc est divisé en deux parties : une partie dite "maison" historique et pleine de charme et un nouveau bâtiment tout neuf mais moins charmant. Côté restaurant, il y a une salle gastronomique et en hiver un côté brasserie typé savoyard et proposant des spécialités locales. Les chambres côté "maison" sont spacieuses et confortables même si certains détails gênent (une baignoire mais pas de pare-douche, TV minuscule...).
