"The beach was excellent. The property was old and outdated and could use a better shuttle system. The A/C units in the rooms weren't cooling good enough so the rooms were warm"

"Location! Little Bay is great/beautiful beach. Good pools, restaurants and over all feel. Good for families. Room was fine (nothing special) but you’re paying for the view/location. Biggest complaint was that it’s notably understaffed, creating long wait times (pizza stand and bar in particular) and making staff seem annoyed or indifferent. Quick ride to Philipsburg and not bad to /from airport and others parts of the island (never/barely had to wait at cab stand)."
