「The room was good for a solo traveler. The room had a funny smell for the first day or two, the windown would not open to air it out, but I had to run the dishwasher and leave it open to air dry and that seemed to help with the smell. The unit also had fruit flys and I could not figure out where they were coming from. There was also a hair in the cotton swabs, I brought my own so I wasn't to stressed. I also think they should think about getting different towels, the white ones looked dirty and...

「Nice building and good base. Disappointed by exact location which indicated 4-5 minute walk to beach. Reality was 30-40 minute walk. As with other comments made the furniture is sparse and bed mattress needs replacing. Easy and good instructions for checking in and out. Neighbor offers a lot of choices for food. All in all I booked this because of the closeness to the beach and would have gotten a hotel if I knew it was that far away. 」

「Sat outside the apartment complex for 2 hrs with my luggage trying to get in. Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. 」

「I would not recommend this property based on our experience. First, the listing was misleading. It is not a five-minute walk to the beach, as advertised. If being close to the beach is important to you, be aware that the actual walking time is considerably longer. The condo itself was located on the top floor and offered very few amenities compared to other vacation rentals in the area. While that alone would not have resulted in a negative review, our biggest concern was how our reservation...
