“The host was responsive and helpful, the place was conveniently located for my needs. The place felt like home. The fireplace was out of service, not the end of the world but would have been nice on some coffee nights. The kitchen is great, a pyrex to cook dishes in the oven would be a great addition. “Wow, this was such a beautiful and perfect stay! My partner and I stayed here for two nights with our dog. We celebrated my birthday so this was so special. It was in the 30s outside but the wood burning stove and space heaters got the place warmed up. There is a lot of firewood and axe for chopping provided which is great. We also used the provided BBQ and sauna. Both worked great! The other reviews about the beds being comfy are correct. You can never be sure with futons but these were both so……

“Bear Lodge is very comfortable and felt like home. The back patio is relaxing and the backyard is peaceful and quiet. “The host was so kind and welcoming! Candice really put her heart and soul into RiverLoft- we had such a lovely stay over 2 nights. Spending time down by the water, and lounging in front of the wood stove with a crackling fire both brought the perfect peaceful and relaxing ambience that we were hoping for during our stay. 10/10 experience!
