「As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that...

「The house is in a nice new neighborhood. We stayed there for our son’s graduation from the University of Alabama and it was a great place to stay with our entire family vs. a hotel. Derrick, the owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. If we have any future stays in T town we will definitely stay here again. 」

「This is a great place for anyone looking for a quiet and simple getaway. The cabin itself is very nice and was meticulously clean when we arrived. The location is great as you get the benefit of seclusion without being too remote. It close to town which was convenient for shopping and dining. The hosts were beyond accommodating and were readily available for questions. I would consider staying here again and will recommend to others!」
