Nice and quiet apartment in Markdorf am Gehrenberg with the Walther family

The apartment has a separate entrance that leads directly into the spacious living-dining area with an attractive light-flooded bay window (incl. Roller shutters).

In addition to a sofa bed (lying area 120 x 220 m), the living area has a television and multimedia system (including a Blu-ray, DVD and USB). In summer you notice the pleasant temperature control due to the location and construction of the apartment.

In addition to the living-dining area, you will find a spacious kitchen with exceptionally extensive equipment: from a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine to an oven-steam cooker combination.

In the back of the apartment are the bedrooms: a main room with a 160x200 m bed and large wardrobe serves as access to the second bedroom for two people (90x200 m bunk bed + wardrobe). Even a baby or Toddler travel cot and high chair are available.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. The spacious storage room with washer and dryer complete the comfort of the apartment.

Of course, our guest WiFi is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Up to 2 parking spaces, laundry package p. P. and additional costs are included in the room rate.

Please note that there is a flat rate for final cleaning of EUR 55 per stay.

Please note our payment terms of 30% within 10 days after receipt of the booking confirmation and 70% final payment 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation, the following scale of compensation is valid: Free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip. Up to 20 days before the start of the trip 40%. Up to 10 days before departure 80%.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr herzlichem Empfang der Vermieter :) super sauber und Ordentlich!

Vielen Dank noch mal für die schöne Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist top ausgestattet. Uns fehlte wirklich an nichts. Richtig gemütlich mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche, schönem Bad und gemütlichem Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind Top gemütlich. Alles sehr sauber. Ein wirklich schöner Ort um die schöne Gegend des Bodensee zu genießen. Es hat uns wirklich riesen Spaß gemacht :)... Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!!!
