"Lovely pub and bar lovely food "

"David has done a fantastic job. The accommodation was first class, beautifully appointed rooms. The ambience of the bar and dining for dinner was wonderful after a day of travelling. And a hearty English breakfast the next day had us all set for another day of English countryside touring for a couple of Aussies."

"We have stayed at Brampton Farm before, you are always made to feel welcome, the owners are very friendly and accomodating, they work very hard to keep this little gem of a b&b to a very high standard. The rooms are fun comfortable and quirky with ensuit facilities. "Peaceful rural location, lovely room, well equipped, a really good cooked breakfast, chosen the night before, great selection in a nice room. Took my dog, she was very happy there, we walked quiet lanes evening and morning from the door, saw 3 deer and lots of rabbits. A list of places to eat out was provided with opening times, distance and info about cuisine and other features. Lovely owner, and a good night's sleep, drove down to Spurs Point stopping at a huge deserted beach just beyond...

"Lovely place to stay"

"We had 2 large rooms for a family break. Hosts were very welcoming and went that extra mile to make us feel at home. Tasty vegan breakfasts went down with group and the availability of the breakfast room during the day was also useful. Very comfy beds. Nice to see the various friendly rescue animals / pets. Location is in a quiet street which is a few minutes walk from regular bus services to city centre / pubs / food. We plan to return."

"The hotel was fine .It was clean and tidy the staff were nice .I would recommend this 3 star hotel if you just need some were to stay for the night .Went there as it was not far from the university as my boy was there.Would book there again "

"Whereever we stay, we find it noisy, because we live in a very quiet rural area. Some others may not even notice the road noise."

"A very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly & the food was excellent. lovely bar area & nice quiet rooms of good size. Overall a good experience, just 2 little niggles. The restaurant could have a black pepper mill as a choice, & the room TV's could be slightly larger. My compliments though."

"This was a wonderful house to stay in, it worked especially for us just wanting the one night, with a bath and allowing dogs! So it ticked all the boxes for us. The bedroom is huge with an en-suite bath and shower room next door. Imogen and Terry were the perfect hosts and breakfast was enough to feed many more than just the two of us!"
