"Breakfast was great and that staff was working hard. We arrived and couldn't check in for a couple hours due to a power outage. They said they'd call us when it was over but didn't. They need 24 hours notice to clean your room. We asked in the afternoon. They didn't do it, and when we asked why the next night they said we asked too late in the afternoon. So they really need 36 hours notice. Staff was generally helpful getting new towels and such though. Good budget hotel for the area. "

"Everything was great. The only negative is a musty smell between the check in counter and the elevators. Loved the proximity to the activities we were attending. Easy access to L trains. "
