“The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! “The Four Sisters was a unforgettable experience I would recommend. The location is convenient to the historical sites and museums of Edinburgh. We were fortunate to be there during the local canal festival and were able to learn more about the area and join the community. The staff was helpful and just a text away. The plumbing is a bit tricky but you are on a boat and once we got the hang of it, there were no problems”

“Comfortable apartment with most of the things we needed. Easy walk up to the Playhouse and Princes street. Large Tesco with in easy distance. However, the blackout blind in the bedroom didn’t work and although my husband emailed the host we didn’t get a response. The microwave/oven had been replaced with a microwave and no instructions. The lights over the bunks were somewhat dubious.”
