The stay was amazing. Clean, peaceful, quality accommodation. Todd was so nice and helpful, gave us the most amazing dinner recommendation and made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and supportive staff who accomodated special request for an ADA accessible room after booking. Terrific location - close to Grover Hot Springs and South Lake Tahoe.

This is a quiet little motel with a very accomodating owner named Todd. Comfortable beds and sheets with a nice room overall. Will definitely be back for another visit.

Good place to stay when you want to be in the mountains but are not able to camp! The bed is very comfortable and the room has a tub to soak in. Although the room has no microwave (which is in a room nearby) it does have a small fridge. We will be back

Todd was helpful and friendly. Put check in and check out could not have been easier. The Lodge was cozy and matched the atmosphere of Markleeville - friendly, simple and welcoming. We.enjoyed our experience there very much.

The room was spic N span! The staff was so helpful, courteous and accommodating. Due to no air conditioning & opening the window, the ceiling fan was just not enough for cooling. I would recommend making the wall unit a duel combo making it AC & Heat. Besides excellent lodging accommodations, the recommendations for restaurants were excellent - the Stonefly offers the best fine dining. For drinks and simple meals, the Cutthroat Restaurant offers very good food items. We experienced a great get-away for two nights in Markleeville and I highly recommend it to all travelers of all ages.
