Excellent hotel

This place is a little gem, having stayed in a few hotels in Marmaris, this is by far the best and will definitely book again. Rooms are modern and spotless, bed and towels changed daily by the lovely cleaner. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back

Very unclean. Towels that were supposed to be white but were grey (and ripped). Dirty marks on walls. A fridge with a dent in it. No lift facilities. We were put on the top floor with a newborn baby and expected to walk up 3 flights of stairs each time. Hair on bedsheets. It was so bad that we had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of our stay. Reception staff very unhelpful. We will not be staying again.

Çift olarak; Kahvaltı dahil satın aldık sabah uyanıp kahvaltıya indiğimizde ise kahvaltı dedikleri şeyin bir kedi maması kadar az 1 yumurta, 1 bardak çay, 5 zeytin, 5-6 dilim küçük ekmek 2 küçük parça salatalık bir küçük reçel bir küçük tereyağı paketi olduğunu gördüğümüzde bizimle dalga geçtiklerini düşündük. Gerçekten kendi paramızla mülteci gibi hissettik, böyle kalitesiz insanın aklıyla oynar bir durumla karşılaşacağımızı düşünmemiştik, BİR DAHA ASLA TERCİH ETMEYECEĞİZ.

Yatakları ile ilgili ciddi sıkıntı var konfordan oldukça uzak maalesef, kanepeler için birşey söylemem ama yatakların yaylarının sesleri bile kulağınıza geliyor. Otelin yeri çok merkezi havuz yeterli fakat su kaydırağının suyunun kapalı olması ilginç, genel olarak rahat bir ortam . Mutfak malzemeleri yetersiz bu nedenle yanınızda mutlaka getirmelisiniz.

Büyük hayal kırıklığı

Aile olarak kaldık 4 gün boyunca sadece uyumaya gittik çünkü hem hijyen hem de oda eşyalar çok eski ve pisti maalesef asla bir daha kalmayacağım bir yer ki ucuzda değildi..Girişte tüm ailenin Hes kodları alınıp ateş ölçümü yapılınca ciddi bir yer sandığımız otelde çalışanların maske takmıyor olması ve otelin bir o kadar bakımsız ve pis olmasıda ayrıca büyük tezattı kısacası asla tavsiye etmiyorum

Responsable d’hotel qui essaye de vous arnaquer dès votre arrivée en vous demandant de rajouter plus d’argent sinon vous prenez vos valises et vous allez voir ailleurs. Heureusement qu’hotels.com s’est interposé rapidement et a réglé le problème. Personnel désagréable femme de ménage insultante er meprisante. J’avais l’impression que j’étais plus un travailleurs sous contrat dans l’établissement qu’un client ! Lors du check-out ils m’ont demandé de payer pour les dégâts du canapé lit qui était déjà endommagé à mon arrivée. Lorsque j’ai osé deander une preuve que c’est bien moi le fautif et non la personne avant mon arrivée, on m’a enfermé dans la chambre avec 2 hommes et le directeur de l’établissement à tenter de me frapper. Son poing était à quelques millimètres de mon visage. J’ai hurlé pour que l’on appel la police. Ils se sont rapidement calmés et après un tres long moment enfermé attendant une police qui n’est jamais arrivé, m’on demander de payer 200 TL afin que je puisse être libéré. Je suis scandalisé, sous le choc qu’Hotel.com propose se genre d’établissement sur son site. Je pensais que cela était un cas isolé mais apres quelques recherches sur internet sur les avis google et tripatvisor, j’ai remarqué que énormément de personnes on été soit arnaqué soit voler par cette hotel. Je n’oublierais jamais l’agression subi, les menaces reçues. C’est personne mérite d’être condamné pour cela !! Je vous promet fuyez au maximum cet hotel il n’est pas digne de vous !!

Bu otele yapılan rezervasyonlar euroya endeksli

HOTELS. com'dan ısla Apart otele 2ay önceden erken rezervasyon yaptırdım otelde öde seçeneği vardı onu seçtim, otelde ödenecek tutarı vergiler dahil bana gösterdi hatta ne olur ne olmaz deyip ekran fotoğrafı aldım ancak otele gittiğimde fiyatın değiştiğini HOTELS. com acentesiyle euroya endeksli anlaştıklarını euronun artması sebebiyle farkın çıktığını söylediler gelmiş olduğumuz başka seçeneğimiz olmadığı için parayı farkı ile beraber verdim. Daha önceden arayıp biz üç arkadaş kalacağız üç tekli yatak konulması gerekiyor diye söylediğimde kolay o, ayarlarız denmişti ama otele gittiğimde yataklar 2 kişi tek kişilik yatakta, 1 kişi kanepede yatacak denildi bir arkadaşımız kanepede ne yapalım idare edicez kanepede ben yatarım demeseydi biz üç arkadaş hepimiz aynı parayı veriyoruz ben niye kanepede yatıcam tartışması çıkabilirdi ve tatil zehir olabilirdi bunu hesap edin. Personel ilgisiz içeri girerken ne hoş geldiniz, günaydın v.s. demiyorlar hatta çıkarken bavulları elimizde gidiyoruz, resepsiyondaki kız, birde kadın vardı biz çıkıyoruz herhangi bir ücret v. s. verilecek bir şey kaldımı diye sordum verdiği cevap sadece "yok herhangi bir şey" oldu insan hayırlı yolculuklar yine bekleriz der. Otelin iyi yönleri konumu güzel, otelin yanına arabanızı parkedebiliyorsunuz, hemen hemen hergün temizlik yapıyorlar. Otelin bütün eşyaları yeni gibi, banyosu güzel kliması var ve havuzuda güzel.

Fiyat / performans bakımından gayet yeterliydi.

İlk akşam plajdan otele geç dönüş sonrası merkezi su ısıtma sisteminde fazla yüklenmeden ötürü olduğu belirtilen sıcak su tükenmesi kaynaklı duşta su oldukça soğuktu. Ancak şikayetimiz üzerine ertesi sabah su ısıtma cihazı hemen bağlandı. Odanın en üst katta olması sebebiyle tüm gün güneş yiyen oda klima ile bile tam anlamıyla serinlemiyordu ama buna da yapacak bir şey yoktu. Bunların dışındaki diğer tüm konularda otel gayet yeterliydi ( gerçi oteli sadece gece yatmak için kullandık ) ve fiyat / performans açısından değerlendirildiğinde memnun olduğumu söyleyebilirim. Otel konum olarak da gayet iyiydi.

The worst hotel apart in Marmaris,stay away

We stayed there for 5 days,It's not as discribes the service there is bad the staff are not trained not professional at all except if you plan to eat on there restaurant every day,you need to ask for every single thing (wifi password,towels,bed sheets,toilet paper...ex) and you are lucky if you get it the same day ,the air conditioner is for 5pounds a day, toilet and balcony are dirty,rooms almost ampty nothing on the walls except the tv no rug on floor or coffee table ,dirty couches,kitchen with almost nothing to cook with,even no cups for coffee,the pool is too deep,sleepy around my daughter felt once,they dont smile or help on any way,you feel like you r staying there for charity. We travel to different places every year we never see a 3stars hotel like that,with the current management team they won't go far on the business.we looked around and we found better for better price and services next year we would go somewhere else.this hotel should be closed or inspected it deserves only one star or less.
