"Good: Nice hotel close to city centre, 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent with great varieties. Not so good: Could hear upper floor people walking and doors closing. Bad: maybe the language barrier, the reception lady did not repeat the parking instructions and said to park any spot underground. But the hotel elevator was behind the closed gate in the garage. I had to walk up to her, then she told me to press the buzz by the gate, she would open the gate for me to park inside. When checking out, another reception lady insisted that I had returned the room card. So we took our luggage down to the garage, loaded them in our car. Then I went up to reception to check out and went back down to our car. When driving up the ramp, the gate arm would not open! I had to backup our car to the garage (luckily no car behind) and went back to reception to complain. So many times back and forth, what a waste of time!"

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben uns sehr gefallen.Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und konnten hier wunderbar abschalten und die gemeinsame Zeit genießen. Auch die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Ausflügen und Spaziergängen ein.Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften. "Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."
