Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel était gentil et très accueillant. Le buffet était excellent. L'hôtel avait deux grandes piscines. C'est tres facile de sortir dans Marrakech grâce aux taxis présent devant l hôtel.

Fabulous stay. Couldn't fault anything. Staff were superb from the entertainers to the receptionists and everyone in-between. Food was fresh and great variety, pool and slides were fun and would return again.

Je suis déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La nourriture était vraiment mauvaise, que ce soit au déjeuner ou au dîner. Aucun repas n’était bon. Les plats manquent totalement de variété, c’est toujours la même chose chaque jour. Même les repas marocains sont ratés. De plus il manque de place dans le restaurant, peut être dû au vacances scolaires l’hôtel était bondé. Dans la chambre, il manque des équipements de base, comme une simple bouilloire. Les serviettes avaient une mauvaise odeur et l’insonorisation est catastrophique : on entend absolument tout, ce qui rend le repos impossible. Le seul point positif, c’est l’aquapark qui a plu aux enfants. Je tiens toutefois à souligner que le personnel est agréable et fait de son mieux. Mais honnêtement, je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Nothing bad to say. The staff were amazing — from the receptionists to the cleaners, everyone welcomed us with a smile. I loved the gardens and the quiet pool, while my husband had fun at the aqua park instead! I’d say it’s perfect for both couples and families with kids.

personnel, nourriture, proprete de ce cote tout etait parfait. ce que je deplore c est le check in . nous pouvons faire le check in avant 3pm sauf que les bracelets sont mis juste a 3pm. qu est ce que ca change d aller boire ou manger avant qu il soit 3pm. oui ils t offrent de pouvoir entrer avant moyennant une somme d argent. je n ai pas eu droit au dejeuner du dernier matin car on decollait tres tot. ai je demande un remboursement a l hotel. c est une politique ridicule. c est juste pour sauver de l argent. come pour les navettes gratuites vers marrakech. celle qui est gratuite est a 12h30. c est drole le buffet du midi commence a 12h30 donc si tu prends la navette gratuite tu leur fait sauver un diner .

Grand terrain, les piscines et les glissades d’eau très propres! Beaucoup de personnel et de lifeguards, ce qui rend le séjour sécuritaire et convivial. Seul bémol: très mauvaise isolation et porte en « carton ». Nous entendons tout! Si vous tombez sur des voisins bruyants, bonne chance! On entend les chaises qui traînent, les portes qui claquent et les gens qui se crient après.

The staff in the restaurant, housekeeping and reception were very good and we were impressed with their performance. Unfortunately the guests let the place down . The majority of guests have these huge sippy cups and drink excessively. There are a lot of drunken people by the afternoon and particularly in the evenings . We had a person drunk in the restaurant who threw up in front of us whilst trying to stumble to the toilets which put us off eating in there , There are also children drinking alcohol which is taken from the bar by adult guests . Lots of people discarding cigarettes on the floor around the pool area . They take sunbeds at 7am which is totally unnecessary as there are plenty . The staff and entertainment team seem to like young girls and pay them excessive attention which I would say to any parents make sure you keep an eye on your children as it’s very unhealthy. Unfortunately the hotel has really let things go at the hotel after my 3 previous visits and seem more interested in the money rather than upgrading things . Our shower leaked all over the floor whilst showering and a poor fitting toilet seat that wobbled when you used it . Broken floor tiles all over the complex . Dirty paths and overgrown trees everywhere so there was no views where they should be . It’s a real shame how things have ended up there . Also the music is excessively loud and distorts so sounds appalling. I would avoid the main pool area as there is alcohol and soft drinks spilt on areas

This is a 3* resort - it is huge so be prepared for a lot of people! I really liked the adults only pool, landscaping and the chefs were able to meet our dietary requirements. Things to improve on would be pool towel procedures (takes too long) and include more amenities in the rooms.

We didn't end up staying , our room wasnt ready so we paid the extra to use the facilities-way too many people ! The food area was a nightmare -I saw one person drop a roll on the floor then puck it up and put it back on the table ! Drinks area -beer was warm , the check in girl did not explain anything to us -how to find things etc No customer service at all -we left and checked into another hotel -Wouldn't recommend it

Our stay was enjoyable over. The rooms seem clean although some of the facilities are outdated. The Dinning options are great with snacks and unlimited drinks available. Kids love the waterpark and there were loads to do for both kids and adult. Staff are usually very friendly and willing to be of help. Some improvements with cleanliness and outdated facilities will improve the overall quality especially in the restaurant area. But nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and may consider going again.

The hotel is a bit dated. Plenty of choices for food however the service can be slow at times. Not a big choice of deserts. The tea and coffee wasnt very nice. The spa is also in need if modernising. Our room was dated and needs modernising. The button to flush toilet was broken and the shower cubicle was very tight. You have to pay a deposit for towels which is refunded at checkout and you have to pay in local currency. Our checkout was at 3pm and we had 2 hour wait to be collected but once you have checked out you are not allowed to use the hotels facilities. You are expected to stay in reception. This is my second time at this hotel i came 8 years before when it had newly opened and had a different experience which is why i returned. Overall i think its more like a 3 star hotel and i dont think i would be returning again.

There were definitely some highlights, especially for the kids – they absolutely loved the water slides, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable for the whole family. However, there were quite a few things that let the experience down. Despite being all-inclusive, the fizzy drinks were watered down and tasted off, which was disappointing. I wasn't able to get a proper coffee during the entire three night stay, as the machines were constantly low. Food was okay – not bad, but nothing special either. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of ice cream during the day unless we paid extra, which felt a bit unfair considering the all-inclusive promise. Also, there were no late-night dining options available. Since we tend to stay up late, it would’ve been nice to have access to some snacks or light food after the evening meal. All in all, it was fine for a short break, especially if you're travelling with kids, but I’m not sure we’d return unless a few things were improved.
