Villa Amrabat is a luxury property in Marrakech few minutes drive from the city center, located in the heart of Palmeraie of Marrakech this stunning property offer to its guest full comfort and privacy with the highest standard services.
The villa is surrounded by over 2 hectares of private garden made of palms and the characteristic Morocco vegetation. There is a private pool of 17 meter (which can be heated), pool also extend to 20 meters long to 4.30 wide. It is equipped with elegant sun lunge and a Moroccan living area with high quality garden furniture.

Villa Amrabat is made in tree section the main body and two dependances, the entrance leads to a large living room with fire place, the room has direct access to the outside patio and pool, large dining room with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed, a TV room with fire place and flat screen satellite TV, a massage room complete with a bathroom with shower.

There are four bedrooms in the main body, on ground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room; on first floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bath tub and shower, fireplace, dressing room and private terrace; the other two bedrooms still on first floor consist in a king size beds, ensuite shower room, dressing room and private terrace
Dependance 1 on garden level with direct access to pool and consist in a double bedroom ensuite bathroom with shower, dressing room private terrace
Dependance 2 always on garden level with direct access from garden double bedroom private shower room, dressing room and terrace.
the entire home is air conditioned, and as well heated on winter, free wifi available, parking.
the villa has staff service included, hose staff and cook, (food and shopping not included on price);

Notes
Guests are asked to leave their rooms 1 hour before their departure time so that the staff can make an inventory of fixtures.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
Pool has no swimming guard
No safety fence around the pool
