Wonderful new hotel

A fabulous new hotel which opened summer 2024. Absolutely wonderful service, rooms very carefully designed, stunning views of the Atlas mountains. Very close to golf course. There is a lot of development in the area - but this cannot be seen or heard from the hotel.

vraiment extraordinaire !!! endroit idyllique au calme dans un environnement paradisiaque, un personnel au top du top !!! ayant l'habitude de séjourner dans cette catégorie d'hôtel je peu affirmer que c'est un des meilleurs accueil et personnel vraiment gentil et attentionné dans les moindres détails tout en étant discret. vraiment à recommander !!!

Hotel ist neu, schöner grosser Pool. Service beim Frühstück und am Pool noch nicht richtig eingearbeitet. Bestellungen dauern manchmal ewig. Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen begrenzt, verglichen mit anderen 5-Stern Hotels… Lifeguard sm Pool super aufmerksam und hilfsbereit 😘

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es sind aber die Kleinigkeiten die mir in einem solchen Hotel gefehlt haben. Da war nichts zu reklamieren und dennoch bekam ich in den Restaurants jeweils die falschen Getränke, hatte es den Wein oder das Bier das ich wollte nicht mehr und war das Fleisch zu fett. Einen late check-out von 45min wurde auch abgelehnt. Alles “erste Welt Probleme” aber für den bezahlten Preis dürften diese Dinge nachezu perfekt sein.

Excellent stay overall. The rooms are beautiful, well designed, spacious and very comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out was the hotel team — every department was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Special mention to the staff at the pool, who were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely return in the future.
