The staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful, kind and humble . They made our stay very enjoyable and that made up for a few minor inconveniences we experienced. The breakfast they served was very delicious and filling as well. Overall, this is an excellent Riad.

What a fantastic stay at Riad Enchante. The riad itself was perfect, room was fantastic and the staff were helpful and kind at every interaction. Just a delight! I couldn't recommend the stay any higher, it was a joy. Central to the souks, just off a main street, it was easy to navigate and locate as it is directly behind the Secret Garden. The team at Riad Enchante were a delight and made our stay welcoming and warm with support at every turn. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech so special and unforgettable. ❤️ Abdel, Elias, and Amed, your kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. You didn’t just take care of us — you made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Our beautiful dinner on the last night was the perfect ending to an amazing stay and a memory we will always cherish. We leave with full hearts, beautiful memories, and the hope of returning one day. With love and gratitude, from Miami to Marrakech ❤️🇺🇸🇲🇦

A lovely, homely riad right in the heart of the Medina. Two minutes walk and you are in the hubbub of the souks. The folks running the riad really make you welcome and we loved every minute of our stay. The breakfast is wonderful and lunch and dinner can be ordered. We had a great meal one evening on the rooftop terrace where breakfast is also served. There are sun loungers up there and a hot tub too. Our room (Alladin) was lovely. The air con is great and the room was maintained daily to a high standard. Toiletries are supplied and topped up. All in all we loved our 5 nights here. We were made to feel very welcome and the folks running Riad Enchanté really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

Great stay would recommend. The property is conveniently located in the Medina. The first time it might be a bit tricky to find but post it’s super easy to move around. What made the stay special was the staff. The staff was excellent. The front desk Ilyas and his colleague super attentive. The chef - breakfast was incredible. I probably got spoiled as I don’t eat like this at all. The cleaning staff great. I suffer from allergies and no issues at all. Would recommend to stay

Elyas, Hamou and Ahmed Were amazing. Our room was great. The hotel is in the heart of the Medina. While that’s perfect for many travelers, I personally would choose to stay outside the Medina next time. That’s just my preference, not a reflection of the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel
