As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with hot tea and cookies and were given a tour of the beautiful riad. The property was absolutely gorgeous and we were so glad we chose to stay here! The staff was super kind and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we loved the little details like coming back to our room to different cookies to try. The location was also great, close to the Medina to walk to easily, while still being in a quiet area. There are so many riads to choose from in Marrakech, but I’m genuinely so happy we chose this one and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The property is beautiful and is definite a must for the real experience, food was excellent. The staff was so so helpful. I can’t stress this enough. Just an FYI , uber is illegal in some Morocco areas. I didn’t know this and it made it very hard to get to my Riad with my luggages as most Riads are located in the same area. I suggest making arrangements for pick up with the hotel.

This place is beautiful with an amazing staff. The room was clean and quaint. There is some street noise and noise from the riad main area but nothing too disturbing. The food was fabulous including the breakfasts and the dinners. It was authentically decorated and an oasis to return to after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.

Lovely stay for 6 days. Staff was delightful and very helpful. Room was beautiful, old world Moroccan decor, with daily cleanings and thoughtful servicing. This is a place for those who wish to experience restful and classic Moroccan experience, not a modern sterile environment. Definitely will be back!

Très joli petit Riad en bord de médina, ce qui le protège quelque peu de l’effervescence et du bruit de celle-ci. Mais les sites principaux restent faisables à pieds. Le gérant prend le temps de nous accueillir et ses conseils facilitent la découverte de Marrakech. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bien complet,avec des spécialités locales variées , et peut être pris devant la piscine ou sur le roof top. Une adresse que je recommande.

We stayed in a few different riads throughout our time in Marrakesh and this one was so beautifully decorated, with plenty of common spaces to mingle, eat, relax. We loved the rooftop, even in chillier weather. The decor is so beautiful throughout the riad and we loved our room.

I can't say enough about how great Riad Hikaya was. Clean, beautiful, and the service was perfect. Upon arrival, they had flowers and a birthday cake waiting in the room per my request for my wife's birthday. Every morning, they provided a delicioius breakfast spread with tea or coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread, and pastries. The one dinner we had at the Riad might have been one of the best dinners we had in Marrakech. The pool is really clean and beautiful and you can have breakfast or dinner right in front of it in the courtyard. Everyone who works there is really helpful with anything you need including getting a taxi, travel tips, drinks, food, anything you need for your room. Finally, if you are staying in the Medina, the location is perfect. It's at the south end in the Kasbah area right off a main road that runs right through the Medina. The Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace are about a 12 minute walk, and the souks and other sights are probably another 10-12 minutes from there. Convenient location but still quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. PERFECT

We had a wonderful stay. The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the massage - one of the best we have had. A really unique and special place to stay. We would love to come back.

Petit coin de paradis dans le quartier de la Kasbah. Le Riad est magnifique, bien décoré et équipé. La terrasse en rooftop offre une vue sur les montagnes enneigées. We could not have asked for a better stay stay. The riad is gorgeous, and the staff there are incredibly kind. From the initial greeting by the manager throughout our entire stay, they did a great job making us feel at home. We look forward to a return visit and to staying at the Riad Hikaya again.

On arrival (the Riad sorted return taxis at a great price), served with traditional mint tea and homemade baked goods - such a lovely attention to detail. Facilities fantastic, entirely bespoke rooms and beautiful decor. Turndown service and daily cleaning were immaculate. Breakfast delicious - fresh coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and omelettes made to order. Staff were all so accommodating, kind and enthusiastic. I was travelling solo, staying at Riad Hikaya whilst friends stayed at another hotel, however I definitely feel I lucked out with my choice to stay here. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
