「If you have the urge to stay in what might be a medieval castle, consider this property. It was listed on one website as a 1* facility. Confusing to find the entrance & check in. Someone from the restaurant eventually assisted us. Yellow limestone brick walls … which are fine. No elevator so not an accessible property. There is a 3 piece bathroom (some black mold) in each room, wifi, TV. & AC. There is no fridge, coffee or tea available. There is no where to put your luggage except on the floor....

「An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous; we appreciated the range of fruits. Grace made us very welcome throughout our 3 day stay and was very helpful on practicalities like transport. 「Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

「・経営者側の理由で、ホテルを無断で変えられた。 ・しかも、ホテルを勝手に変えたことすら伝えず、単に利用確認という形で連絡がきた。 ・ホテルの住所が違っていることに、私が気づかずに行っていたらどうなってたのか ・やむを得ず、新たに指定された宿（民宿、アパート）に行くと、なんと、その部屋には既に入居者あり。 ・経営者に連絡して、１時間以上路上で待たされて、やっと担当者が到着。新しいアパートに案内された。」
