On the ground floor of a village house, nice and bright corner street, this studio is fully equipped for 2 people for a short or long stay. Possibility to have a cot for a baby on request.
Fridge, hob, senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, cooler and ice cream, hair dryer, towel dryer, fan, radiator, TV, mini connected speaker ....

Shops and market (Tuesday morning) 2 steps from housing.
Access by car possible to unload luggage and shopping, parking is 3/4min walk.
The port and its many bars and restaurants are 5min walk.
At the end of the canal du midi and at the edge of the pond of Thau, Marseillan is ideally located to visit the region!

accès difficile, stationnement voiture éloigné, chambre sombre et peu aérée, salle d'eau avec WC sur environ 3 mètres carrés ! cout trop élevé, annoncé à 60€ en prix moyen sur le site Abritel et en réalité à 91€ soit +50% (en jour de semaine au mois de mai !) C'est le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel et il reste à faire le ménage en partant. A ce prix on trouve des chambres d'hôtes avec petit déjeuner et ménage compris et avec un accueil personnalisé et non une boite à clé le classement en "site exceptionnel" sur Abritel est difficilement compréhensible

Ce fût un super séjour dans ce studio propre et fonctionnel. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et l’hôte est très réactive et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons sans problème :)
