Beautiful apartment type 2, in gated community, with beautiful terrace, fully equipped, sleeps 4, air conditioning, wifi,
located 50 m from the sea and port saint jean, the south-facing terrace offers lunch overlooking the park, the sea and the port. Tranquility assured, 50m from shops, general food, wine shop, fishmonger, bakery, press, fine grocery store, and many restaurants by the sea.

The seaside promenade, lined with palm trees, provides access to the beach and then to the old port and the historic center of la ciotat by bike or on foot. A beautiful Provencal market every Sunday morning, as well as the night market in July and August.
The situation of this stay allows to rest in peace, while remaining very close to the animation and the shops, the beach and its animations (sailing diving etc), the beaches are nearby (100 m).

We very much enjoyed our stay and Ann-Marie was a delight and as flexible as she could be. She doesn’t speak English but we were able to understand each other even though I don’t speak French. The space is warm and hospitable. I really liked the location and proximity to beach, shops, boulangerie and restaurants. A very walkable area close to the beach. Anything you want in the apartment is there. It’s tiny but, full of everything you will need or want.

Appartement bien situé, calme, ensoleillé et proche de la mer ainsi que de la ville et des commerces avec parking privé en enceinte privée. Permet de laisser la voiture au parking et d'aller faire de longues promenades sur le front de mer et au delà ainsi qu'en ville selon les souhaits. Ville bien agréable, calme et tranquille hors saison. Accueil chaleureux et familial.

L'accueil de nos hôtes a été vraiment exceptionnel. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien sur place (Anne Marie et Jacky toujours prêts à rendre service). Nous avons beaucoup aimé le concept du "tout à proximité / tout à pied (ou en vélo) en dehors des excursions dans les parages dont certaines se font en bus et train car le bus 40 qui amène au port vieux d'un côté et de l'autre à la gare SNCF (5 minutes en bus) se trouve à 150 mètres. Le logement est très fonctionnel : tout s'y trouve. La résidence est très calme et la terrasse bien orientée avec vue sur la mer et sans vis à vis. De nombreux restaurants bord de plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Ce logement à La Ciotat est vraiment hyper agréable. Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de notre si agréable séjour.

Cet appartement a été le point de départ vers de nombreuses balades à pied pour découvrir La Ciotat mais aussi en voiture vers des villes telles que Bandol, Cassis... Il y a de quoi visiter et s'émerveiller. Vous pouvez même prendre le bateau depuis La Ciotat pour découvrir les calanques de La Ciotat à Marseille... C'est magnifique. A voir.

Fijn appartement, compleet en schoon. Goede ontvangst door eigenaresse, flesje wijn, water, koffie, vaatwastabletten echt alles is aanwezig in dit fijne appartement. Het terras heeft veel schaduw dus ook bij warm weer kan je fijn buiten zitten. Mooi uitzicht op tuin en tussen de bomen door ook uitzicht op de zee. Langs de boulevard zijn er veel restaurantjes met uitzicht op zee. Heerlijk om te zitten. De omgeving is prachtig. De route naar Cassis is mooi met uitzicht vanaf de hoge rotsen. Strand is erg druk maar het water is prachtig blauw en is vrij ondiep en fijn om te zwemmen.
