Up The Hill: facing the sea under the olive trees

Very calm house, with the neat decoration, with all the comfort,

It is located in a private property independent of the villa owners on a plot of 3000m2 and has a terrace not overlooked among the olive trees, near the village of Cassis and beaches (15 min walk), in a postcard frame facing the sea with a dazzling view of the Cap Canaille and the Massif des Calanques.

After crossing a path full of bougainvillea, olive trees and cypresses you can park a car in a reserved area, in front of the private gate that leads to your house. We cross then a raised garden, a hut for the children, a swing and a ground of petanque to arrive on a beautiful terrace in the shade of the canisses. Chairs, outdoor sofas, small round table: everything is done to bask and enjoy the calm of the place.

Sans avoir eu le plaisir de rencontrer les logeurs absents, nous avons eu tout ce qu'il nous fallait , et plus , en plus du calme sans voisinage immédiat à part le dernier jour. Les quelques marches pour accéder au logement ont été vaillamment escaladées par la mamie . Une petite épreuve pour elle . Nous recommandons l'endroit .

Die Terrasse ist wunderschön, man kann sogar das Meer sehen.Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen, sehr ruhig und im Grünen.Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Küche seht gut ausgestattet.

Die Terrasse und der Garten waren sehr schön mit Blick auf das Cap Canaille. Der Fußweg zum Zentrum Cassis dauert ca. 18 Minuten. Die Wohnung insgesamt war in Ordnung. Die Kochausrüstung war etwas spärlich. Töpfe, Bleche und Kühlschrank hätten etwas sauberer sein können.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans ce gîte confortable, spacieux et extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Cassis, Marseille et ses calanques. Wir waren eine Woche Anfang November in dieser Ferienidylle und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder genossen den großzügigen Garten und wir die Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt. Von der Terrasse ist das Cap Canaille zum Greifen nahe. Liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht! Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr nett Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!! Danke für eine wunderschöne Woche!

Erholsame Ferien in wunderschöner Umgebung

Gemütliches Häuschen sehr gut ausgestattet, mässig sauber. Toller, völlig privater und ruhiger Sitzplatz und Rasen mit Olivenbäumen. Meersicht nur wenn man steht wegen Zaun. Lage am Hang etwas ausserhalb von Cassis. Zu Fuss ins Zentrum/Strand ca. 20 Min. Da das Zentrum von Cassis sehr viele Einbahnstrassen und kaum Parkplätze hat, empfiehlt es sich, die Fahrräder mitzunehmen, wegen starker Steigung zur Unterkunft vorzugsweise E-bikes. Mein Mann und ich haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, im Speziellen die Klippenwanderung Falaise de Soubeyrane und die Wanderungen in den Calanques.

Nice and quiet accomodation

Very nice house located in a quiet area, about 10-15 minutes from Cassis port and beach. The house and terrace is separated from the owners' house and hidden from views. Owners are nice, friendly and helpful! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, qui est construite sur le terrain des propriétaires mais bien délimitée avec son propre jardin. Les balançoires ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants ! La maison est bien équipée et la literie est confortable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et disponibles en cas de question mais pas du tout envahissants. Elle est bien située pour rayonner dans la région. Pas loin de la ville mais au calme.

Une excellente adresse

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement indépendant situé dans une grande propriété. Calme absolu (il y avait toutefois des travaux dans la propriété adjacente mais le bruit ne nous a pas incommodés). Logement conforme aux photos. Terrasse, jardin et terrain de pétanque très appréciables pour toute la famille. Belle vue sur les falaises soubeyranes, on entrevoit même la mer à travers les oliviers. Hôtes habitant sur place et très disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very pleasant stay

We spent very nice Easter holidays in this house with a light and spacious living room/ kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one needs. Sehr nüchtern!

Das Mietobjekt entspricht exakt der Anzeigen-Foto-Darstellung! Es gibt auf der Terrasse 'zahlreiche' (9!!) Sitzmöglichkeiten. Aber man möchte auch gerne einmal, insbes. bei höheren Temperaturen eine Liege-Möglichkeit wahrnehmen, im Schatten unter den zahlreichen Olivenbäumen, das ist leider nicht möglich, da flache Liegen nicht vorhanden sind, lediglich 2 rel. unbequeme niedrige Sitzstühle. Desweiteren steht einem der nahe gelegene Pool, auch bei ca. 30°+ nicht zur Verfügung 🤥 schade. Ansonsten ist die Lage ein wenig oberhalb von Cassis (ca. 10 Min. zum Ort), ruhig! Der Blick geht ins Grüne und auf einen mit Bambusmatten verkleideten Zaun. Der Bouleplatz auf dem Grundstück darf genutzt werden!

Excellente situation , à 15 min à pied , du vieux port . Location très agréable avec linge de maison prévu par les propriétaires . Endroit très calme . Très bon contact avec les propriétaires .
