“Two travelers we received two towels. Asked for more. Out side needs to be redone, old garbage cans, painted tub and no elevator.”

“Well maintained and clean. Breakfast is good and the pool is great.”

“Staff were extremely sweet. Hotel smelled amazing and clean. Our room was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Two restaurants right in the same parking lot as well for convenience!”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”
