“Comfy home with charming decor. We were house hunting near Guthrie and this home was perfectly located for our visit. We also found a really good restaurant nearby which was nice. ”

“Good location to downtown. The bed was firm but we liked it. It doesn’t have central heat or air. We had A LOT of difficulty getting into the place. The lock box was hard to get open. Minor things to be aware of. Communication was ok, most of it was with getting in. A very clean place.”

The only thing I didn't like with the communication was the message I received at 10:15 A.M. to let me know that the cleaning crew had been dispatched and I would need to vacate the property at 11 A.M. or before....I've used VRBO many times and know when check out time is. We were pulling out of the driveway at 10:15 A.M. but that message made me feel very……

“Very cute house! The house was stocked with what we needed to cook breakfast. We were really only there to sleep, but living room was cozy and beds were good. If you are a person who needs a fan to sleep, I’d bring one with you. It gets quiet. Overall 10/10 experience.”

“Was in town for family and found this place to stay for a good rate. This was a short trip for us but this house would work very well for a longer stay. Not far from Oklahoma City but far enough out that it is very relaxing. Also the owner stopped in as we got there just to check on an issue they were having with the drainage, no issues for us to stay but he also let us know that there would be someone out to work on it the next morning. Never even knew they were there working until we went to……

A big plus for us were the beds, they were so comfortable and allowed us to get a good night's rest. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.”
