「Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. It certainly wins on location but the experience was more like a...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean, decorately beautifully, and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snacks made for a nice welcome. The location and gorgeous view were beyond measure and the deck and yard are set up perfectly for watching the sunrise and relaxing by the bay. The owners are on site but that was not an issue because the space is very private. Highly recommend!」

「There was no contact phone number/person. The air unit in the living room window began dripping. We heard the owner was in China. . .The picture of the kitchen showed a full size stove.Yet there was one Teflon frying pan and a huge very very heavy cast iron frying pan. There was a Teflon cooking pot but the Teflon was pealing off and could not be used. The coffee maker was stained with coffee and had to be scrubbed clean. it was very difficult to use and no instructive manual was provided. No...

「This rental was clean, communication was clear and the location was great to see all of the history of the area. I do wish the listing would have specifically stated that the rental was attached to the home. You definitely hear the neighbors with shared walls. It didn’t ruin our experience but wasn’t expected. (I just reread the listing to make sure I didn’t miss it). Overall, I recommend this location!」

「If you are looking for a comfy stay in a cute neighborhood near Boston, this is a nice spot. The town is quiet enough with a nice walk along the shore, believe it's called the Greenway or similar. I ate at a fresh caught seafood place on the bridge that takes either cash or Venmo.
The only thing to know about this unit is you'll walk up two flights of narrow winding stairs so as long as that works for you then all else is great, quiet, etc.」
