「They condo was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, and so wonderfully decorated. The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of places to walk. The hosts were lovely, and very responsive and helpful. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It was central to everywhere, and perfect for friends, families and couples. 「We had a fantastic stay at the Dexter for a wedding weekend. Our group unanimously declared it one of the largest and nicest homes any of us have ever rented. The kitchen is gorgeous- equipped with more than enough dishes, silverware and kitchen gadgets- often a concern in rentals. Every room was clean and coastal chic, the beds were comfy as well. 「This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!」

「Everything was great except there was no hot water. I’m sure that is fixed now.」

「This was the perfect property for us, a jewel of a house that had all the amenities, including a great saltwater pool and convenient deck, but felt warm and comfortable like our own home. Towels and linens are in great supply. The laundry works great. Every space had its own private nook or private areas we all got to be together and yet have our own time too. The owners were responsive and prompt will definitely come again!」
