「Unser Aufenthalt im AUREA Hotel in Tetouan war in jeder Hinsicht aussergewöhnlich. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und völlig überraschend mit einem Upgrade belohnt. Als wäre das nicht schon grosszügig genug, wurden wir später sogar persönlich zur Busstation gefahren. Ein Service, der alles andere als selbstverständlich ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Alma und Shaima von der Rezeption. Ihre zuvorkommende, aufmerksame und ehrliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt spürbar...

「L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). 「The property (especially the 4th floor where we stayed is literally brand new - fully refurbished) every thing is nice and clean. The inly hiccup is the door lock jammed on last night of our stay and they offered us alternate room to us.」
