The old farmhouse lies amidst an olive grove, on the slope of the hill where the town Martina Franca stands. The country house was renovated to a high standard and now houses three apartments that provide a high standard of comfort, but have retained their original atmosphere, reflecting the history of the house and nature.

The house is fenced in, but dogs must be kept on the leash. The shared pool measures around 4 x 5 metres and is open from April to October. There are also a solarium, a gazebo, a little table with a deckchair and an old restored barn, for shared use with the other guests. You have access to the garden with herbs and fruit from the trees. There are plenty of parking spaces on site.
The property is an ideal place to relax and to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Puglia landscape. There is a bicycle rental service and guided tours can be arranged along the cycle paths in the countryside and in the nearby Pianelle municipal park. The unique natural landscape with picturesque olive trees and Mediterranean aromas will ensure a pleasant stay.
The apartment is a good starting point for visiting the most beautiful tourist destinations in Puglia (Martina Franca, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Fasano and its zoo and Pianelle Park) and the sandy beaches of the Adriatic and the Ionian Sea. It is possible to visit the various places with a bus service. You can find restaurants in the neighbouring localities (1-4km), while musical events and festivals ensure lively evenings.
