「The accommodations are perfect for a large group. We had several people who ranged in age from 20’s to 70’s and everyone had a blast!! This was a milestone birthday celebration and there was plenty to do for all. The property manager was very friendly and quickly responded to any and all communications. We did have to bring a charcoal bbq grill for our cookout because the rental only has a propane flat-top griddle but this is mentioned in the rental details so it was no surprise. Also mentioned...

「We had a great time. Great privacy in the back. Great access to river. Fun but slightly ackward in the front where the pool, hot tub, and grill are. The owners quarters located next to pool. The owner decided to do yard work when we were there. I said “thank you for letting us stay” and she turned with no response. They charged for towels that I don’t recall them becoming destroyed. (Hoping it wasn’t from my group however they had another guest the next night) Guess I am used to hosts calling...

「This was our third time staying at this house. It is absolutely perfect. AND we are going back two more times this year. It is exactly as the pictures show. Whether just 2 people or all 6, it's hands down the best house we've ever stayed in for the river. It is directly on the river with very easy access. 「A severe storm came through Thursday night before of Friday check-in. I dont know if that caused all the floors to be dirty, but it is very possible that it did. There were only 6 bath towels and no wash cloths in the entire house. Other than that it is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay!」
