Was able to connect with the property manager who connected me with the cleaning woman who laid out faux rose pedals, cake and balloons. He was VERY surprised and felt so appreciative that I was able to do something unexpected for him. 「Barbara was great with communication. The kitchen was clean and had all the utensils needed. Very beautiful condo, decorated with amazing taste! The complex was constantly being power washed outside. I will go back again and would recommend 100% Thank you for an amazing vacation!!」

「We had an overall enjoyable stay at the condo, especially thanks to its fantastic location. The space was comfortable and worked well for two couples. There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was very understocked, and unfortunately neither ice maker was functioning during our stay, no tea pitchers, toaster did not work (host replaced toaster quickly). 「This place needs serious upgrades.The decor looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1990s (or earlier). The master bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable. There was no cold water in the sinks—good luck washing your hands without scalding yourself. Provided with an old broom and had to bring our own laundry detergent.The air conditioning was uneven—the master bedroom was hot while the guest room was freezing. 「3 pools and 2 hot tubs were great. Drinks at the cabana $$$ but they hit the spot. Food at cafe was delicious. Pancakery and BackPorch restaurants were within a mile walking distance. Right on beach. Room was a little outdated furniture and carpet but perfectly fine. Mattress could be replaced soon. Great balcony views!!」

「Host was very accommodating-good with response time.We were disappointed that the pool that was supposed to be heated was not and was told that it wouldn’t be until November when it was very clear that the weather wasn’t going to get better before then. Therefore we were able to enjoy the pool only the day before we left for our home. The location of the condo is excellent but could use some updating and need to replace a few basic things. Overall a decent stay but not great!」
