“The room was okay. It was clean but the beds are so high I had to go buy a step stool so my sister could get on the bed she is 78. There was only one chair in the room, we asked for another one which they gave us a straight back chair. That was fine. We told them our tv was going out. They said could replace it ( they did not). There was no coffee in the room. There was a coffee pot but no coffee or filters. There was no information on the tv channels or the internet. No breakfast , No……
