Amazing property!!

Perfect for our family. Son’s family had entire upstairs and we had a beautiful downstairs MBR suite. Only drawbacks were only one closet upstairs as all others locked for owner. Minor things but easy fixes would be extra towels for kitchen, bathrooms, pool, full length mirror, and wine glasses.

Perfect spot

The house is wonderful. The location is close to everything and the view is stunning - especially the sunset. The outside living area and dock were comfortable and fun. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the extra refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. What a great find.

Rest and Relaxation

My family and I came down and stayed in Petey's Place. As soon as you walk in the door you have that peaceful feeling. Each room brings comfort. You don't have to leave at all you have a beautiful pool and a small sandy area to run your toes though and the grand kids loved building castles! You can even have the ocean run over your toes with a small beach by the deck. You walk down the deck and sit on the edge and you can see all kinds of water life. Early mornings give you visits from dolphins and the most beautiful sunrise you have ever seen. We had no reason at all to go anywhere else. All you need is right there. I recommend Peter's Place for all your vacation rental needs.

Perfect!

This home was, hands down, our favorite vacation rental ever! We've been staying in different parts of Florida for the last ten years and this property far exceeded any other place we've stayed! The second we walked in the door, we somehow felt both at home and on vacation. The house is designed with comfort and luxury, from the beautifully tiled walk in showers to the thickest, softest carpet in the upstairs. The kitchen is a dream with the cozy cottage feel from the brick floor while also being incredibly well designed for preparing meals. So much counter space and very well equipped for all your cooking needs! And if you don't want to cook inside, the blackstone out on the deck is nice to have available. There have only been a couple times I have slept well on vacations because I'm a light sleeper and don't sleep well away from home but the beds and pillows were so comfortable that I slept through the nights without a problem! And bonus for me that they also have box fans in the bedrooms because I always need a fan to sleep and I didn't have to bring mine! It's all these small touches that make you feel like you're staying in a home and not just a house. Lastly, walking out to the patio, pool, and private beach is too perfect. Sitting at the pool while the kids played on the beach without me having to be up and monitoring them every second was my favorite part. Being on the sound side of the ocean, the water is calm and they could play at the shore without it feeling like I was too far away. I could sit outside on the patio, around the pool, or around the fire pit on the beach the entire time and be completely satisfied. One of my favorite parts was watching the sun set from the private beach area and then turning on the string lights hanging from the trees on the beach and talking with my family into the night. To summarize, you will not regret staying at this incredible home. I can't wait to take my family back to it in the future. 5 stars!
