「Cleanliness was top notch. Communication went above and beyond. Everything we needed was provided. You won't be disappointed!」

「Very nice quiet getaway location.」

「Great place!」

「The rental was comfortable and in a good location.」

「Close to shops and food, great surprise to have a street farmers market. Easy to communicate with host. Space is small but clean. Now for the issues, our first morning there someone broke in to the apt. and scared us but did no damage or theft. Police were called and the host came swiftly and changed the codes to the doors. He had no knowledge of who it was however the person knew the door code so it is assumed the codes hadn’t gotten changed prior to our stay. The hot water only lasts for about...

「La limpieza 10/10 Las habitaciones 10/10 Todo súper hermoso Lo único que una habitación no tenía TV De ahí todo súper bien, sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Columbus este será mi lugar favorito para hospedar. 😍💕」

「First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

「Our host Genti was great. Super fast responses when questions arose. Very clean, updated, 3rd floor condo. Comfortable beds, plenty of room in living/dining area and large kitchen. We stayed in unit A in back of building. Will stay again」

「I have stayed at several Jungle House properties, and I will continue to give them my business. They really do a great job checking in and making sure you have everything you need. Great locations with a clean, comfortable stay!」

「Excellent location. The highway and people above were a bit loud but it was easily drowned out mostly. Would be a great place for anything at the convention center.」

「The house was great, and the customer service was very friendly.」

「Excellent stay. Everything was as advertised, clean, comfortable, quiet, and private. I have already recommended The Artisan to family and friends, and it will be my first choice when back in Columbus. Many thanks to Simon and his team!」

「Great, cool, modern industrial apartment located in walking distance of the small town of Delaware, OH. Fun place to stay if visiting for a few days, and loved Opas Grill & Tavern. Host, Genti, was very responsive to any questions or requests.」

「Great location, nice people」

「This is my favorite place to stay now. Just absolutely perfect!!」

「Perfect little home away from home! I loved my stay. Cozy everything, great management, great location.」

「Very clean! Great neighborhood」

「The flat was wonderful for two people. We struggled with the door code on the building, but the actual flat door functioned well. It is downtown, so the train noise once during the night and sirens 2 other times did wake me, so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, flat was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. We have stayed in other flats in this building and have enjoyed them all. We did contact the owner through the app as we were locked out of the building, and did not...
