“I booked & paid for this hotel weeks in advance and reserved a room with two queen beds and when arrived they said they overbooked and gave us a room with a king bed with couch that had a pull out mattress. “I would rate my room itself as a 7/10. Some issues in the bathroom but appeared clean overall. Housekeeping was parked in the hall blocking room at 7 pm at night?
