“Great trip! Just found the pool area quite cold!”

“The floor in the room I had was not at all flat. It was all slanted and they have part of the bed propped up on a 4x4 piece of wood to make it more even. There were huge lumps in the ground all over the room even in the bathroom and the shower. The lobby had very dirty floors as well”

“We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 10-15 more minutes so we left to get dinner. An hour later we came back and were told 10-15 minutes more. We had an event we had to leave for so we were not able to get in our room or drop off our luggage before leaving for the event, which was the point of stopping at the hotel first. It was very frustrating because we had our sons baseball equipment with us and wanted to leave it somewhere “safe” rather then the……

“Breakfast was ok. No waffles, staff member running it was asking for tips. Also very grumpy. Bacon was completely burnt and they left it in the pan. My room had a pull out couch that had visibly dirty sheets. When asked to have them changed we had to go and get the sheets and do it our selves. The pool was freezing. Not heated at all. ”
