"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"

"This home is comfortable, cool and clean. It has all that you need. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood feels safe. Disney parks are about a 25 minute drive due to traffic (about 12-14 miles), so not bad at all. Plenty of stores, restaurants nearby and Wawa on the corner. Hosts are kind and great with communication and all codes sent to us worked immediately. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you."

"Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. "Easy reservation from start to finish. Great communication with all involved. Villa was very clean and a generous supply of starter items needed to feel as if you were home, saved a trip to the store. The pool and spa were great, perfect temperature and we were able to watch the Disney fireworks from the spa. Beds were very comfortable and the two Disney rooms were decorated so nicely. If you have a two families traveling togother, this would be a perfect spot to stay, plenty of room."

"We stayed as a family of 5 adults and one 5 year old for a trip to Disney. The place was amazing and the pool was perfect for us. Even though the thermostat can only be at 75 degrees we were comfortable and that was my only reservation going into the trip. Perfect distance from Disney about 30 mins out which I find gives a little decompress time on the way home. I hope to stay here again some day"

"I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a vacation rental in The Villages. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was spotless when we arrived and exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. Our guest passes were waiting for us so we were able to avail of the amenities immediately. Golf cart was also ready to roll. The host is very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to book here!"

We had a wonderful time golfing at the executive courses, dancing to the music at Brownstone and Sumter Landing squares. Enjoyed each day investigating so many activities. So much fun. "As a family, we have stayed in many villas in the Orlando area over 3 decades. This is one of my favourite and best experiences. The house had a lovely vibe and was well presented. The size and quality of the pool was great. The estate was well managed and immaculately kept. The house was extremely well equipped with all sorts of things you don't normally expect. We have a 4 year old and did all the theme parks. The house had a sturdy Jeep running buggy which was an absolute life saver for us...
