「That was one of the worst nights I ever spent in a camp. The room was smelly, and they refused to change it even when I offered to pay, instead they provided an air perfume which didn't help much TBH. And the dinner was awful, options were poor and taste bad, specially the main dish, Zarb! This night ruined our trip!」

「The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself...

「Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and improvement, especially regarding cleanliness. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and urgently need replacing. What shocked me most was the widespread smoking, even indoors, including the reception and restaurant areas. This is extremely unpleasant, unhealthy, and unacceptable. As someone accustomed to four- and five-star hotels, I would rate this property no higher than 2 to 2.5 stars. Cleanliness, comfort, and a...
