「The apartment was just as pictured. It was clean. It felt good. There was a small issue where my book room had some issues. The property manager called me and asked if it would be okay if I checked into a different apartment of course! I said that would be fine and the other apartment was just as well done as the other! The checkout requests are easy and simple in the property manager was prompt to send me all the information I needed for a great one week stay. If I am in the Lansing area again...

「There was a reservation challenge. Communication was excellent. I spoke with a very efficient and friendly Justin and Morgan. They did everything to make it work. We had a great time. Our apartment number 8 looks different. It was very modern with the biggest tv that anyone could dream of. Linens were exceptional. Plenty of parking. If I had to say anything i would recomend an additional towel rack in the bathroom. Thanks for sharing your place.」

The hosts also, before we realized it was the wrong state, said the room was also unavailable and we needed another one. We got left stranded. No managers to speak with. No one offered a solution other than wait for our money and oh well. I will never use this again. The biggest scam.」
