Sehr tolles Appartement!!

Uns hat das Appartement wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sehr geräumig mit einem netten kleinen Balkon mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Das Essen im Haus ist wirklich sehr gut und für alle was dabei. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Lediglich die steile kurvige Anfahrt war ein wenig mühsam mit Radträger und Familyvan, jedoch wenn einen das nicht stört ist es alles in allem sehr schön.

Toller Familienurlaub in herrlicher Umgebung!

Wir genossen mit unseren Kindern (11+8) einen sehr tollen 2-wöchigen Familienurlaub in der beschriebenen Ferienwohnung!! Wie schon in anderen Reviews beschrieben, ist das Appartment im 2. Stockwerk eines familiengeführten Hotels (8-9 Zimmern und Restaurant) untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist unseres Erachtens sehr gut aufgeteilt und besteht aus zwei genügend Platz bietenden Schlafzimmern, einen angenehm großen Badezimmer mitsamt Waschmaschine, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einer tollen Balkonterasse (mit Markise), die einen tollen Ausblick auf Massa & Carrara zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit bietet. Die Küche wurde von uns eigentlich nur zum Frühstück genutzt, da wir ausnahmlos unser Abendessen im Restaurant eingenommen haben. Wir haben die Karte rauf und runter gegessen und jedes Mal war es ein Genuss: die Pizzen aus dem Steinofen sind fantastisch, die Pasta ein Genuss und die Kinder hatten auch ein Heidenspaß, dass im Steinofen vorbereitete Entrecote (welches in Scheiben geschnitten serviert wurde) auf einem heißen Stein zu "finalisieren". Für uns, die die schlichte und schnörkellose italienische Küche lieben, bot die Karte genügend Auswahl: Pizza & Pasta & Fisch & Fleich und zudem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut! Zu guter Letzt gilt noch der tolle Pool zu erwähnen. Wir haben das Meer eigentlich nur einmal gesehen (Tip: freier Standabchnitt in Cinqualle), und die restliche Zeit am Pool verbracht. Der Pool (15x5) bietet genügend Platz und hat neben einem flachen Abschnitt auch einen schrägabfallenden tieferen Teil. In der Woche hatten wir zeitweise den Pool für uns alleine und an den Wochenenden war meistens etwas mehr los, dennoch waren immer eine ausreichende Anzahl von Liegen und Sonnenscchirmen vorhanden. Zu der Auffahrt zur Unterkunft können wir folgendes sagen: entweder man mag die Serpentinenreiche Autofahrt, oder man muss sich daran gewöhnen: meine Kinder und ich als Fahrer haben die Fahrten immer sehr genossen und meine Frau hat sich daran genwöhnt :-). Fazit: wir werden wiederkommen...!!!

schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns mit 3 Erwachsenen hier 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die netten Vermieter haben bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat unterstützt. Der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön und im Restaurant kann man lecker essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Relaxen und Erholen mit herrlichem Panoramablick

Sehr schönes Ferienapartment in den Bergen mit grossem Balkon und herrlichem Panoramablick über Massa auf das Meer. Relaxen und Erholen am sehr schön angelegtem Poolbereich, den man sich mit den Hotelgästen teilt. Leckeres Essen im Restaurant des Hotels mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir haben jeden Abend sehr genossen. Mit der abenteuerlichen Anfahrt mit ca 20 Min. Serpentinen darf man kein Problem haben.

Ein Geheimtipp

Wir waren Anfang Juli die ersten Gäste im komplett neu gestalteten Appartment. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock über den darunter liegenden Zimmern des familiär geführten Hotels Il Buongustaio. Sie verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer (eines davon mit getrennten Betten), einer sehr grossen Wohnküche (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, zahlreiches Geschirr, Fernseher) und einem grossen Bad mit. Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine. Vom grosszügigen Balkon hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf Massa und das Meer. Am Abend kann der Sonnenuntergang genossen werden. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt und bietet perfekte Erholung.

Erholung pur!!!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne erholsame Wochen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt und verfügt über fast alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn man selber kochen möchte. Allerdings haben wir fast ausschließlich im Restaurant gegessen, das zu dem kleinen Hotel gehört, über dem sich die Wohnung befindet. Das Schönste an der Wohnung ist die fantastische Aussicht über Massa und das Mittelmeer sowie der große, überaus gepflegte Pool, den man sich mit den Hotelgästen teilt. Am Pool waren wir manches Mal allein, im Übrigen mit einigen anderen Gästen, es war nie zu voll. Die Eigentümer der Wohnung und des Hotels und auch das Personal im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant haben wir gut und verhältnismäßig günstig gegessen. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung führt über eine kurven- und aussichtsreiche Bergstraße mit teilweise tollem Blick auf Massa, auf die Festung Malaspina und auf das Meer. In ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man Massa, zum Meer dauert es ca. 20 Minuten bis Marina di Massa. Die schöneren Strände befinden sich unserer Meinung nach aber ein Stück weiter in Forte dei Marmi oder in Viareggio. Insgesamt haben wir hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht! Prima huis -- Great home for a holiday

Na een enerverende rit bergop vonden we een prachtig huis, goed onderhouden met een zeer fijn zwembad. Wat kleine ongemakken met een oven die het niet deed maar dat was een kleinigheid. Mevr. Beani was zeer behulpzaam, spreekt Frans en bleek een uitstekende gastvrouw.Prima plek! After a thrilling ride upon the mountain we'd find a well kept house with a great pool! A few minor mishaps like a oven that didn't work couldn't spoil a great holiday feeling. Miss Beani turned out to be a great, French speaking, host and was helping out in every way we wanted! Great place!

prima faciliteit

Als gezin van vader, moeder, zoon (17) en dochter (15) hebben we twee weken gebruik gemaakt van dit huis. Over het algemeen genomen zijn we zeer tevreden. Luisa is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zo ook Diego van het nabij gelegen restaurant. Het huis is schoon met een prima badkamer en twee goede slaapkamers. Het balkon geeft een prachtig uitzicht en het zwembad wordt gedeeld met andere gasten maar deze zijn niet zo vaak aanwezig. Qua faciliteiten is het allemaal net niet geweldig, de koelkast loopt aan, de oven doet het niet en de afzuigkap is niet geweldig maar wat maakt het uit je bent op vakantie in een prachtige omgteving met een goede woning. Dan is het zwembad eigenlijk voor eigen gebruik. Massa is een leuke stad en niet zo erg toeristisch. We hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt en dit huis is een echte aanrader als je van een avontuurlijke aanrijdroute in de bergen houdt.

Doppio panorama magnifico e molto relax.

Appartamento molto ampio, luminoso, pulito ed accessoriato di tutto. Volendo si potrebbe aggiungere una lavastoviglie oppure il microonde. Casa immersa nel verde e quindi silenziosissima. ( 4 persone vivono molto comodamente). La proprietaria molto gentile ed accogliente ("omaggio" all'arrivo molto gradito). Si nota come l'appartamento sia, con amore e cura, da lei arredato e tenuto. Dispone oltresi di un ampio terrazzo con vista sul mare dove e' possibile pranzare e cenare e vi si accede direttamente dalla cucina. La piscina e' molto bella, pulita, attrezzata di ombrelloni e lettini. Comodissimo il posto auto, pure all'ombra. E' situato a circa 20 minuti dalle spiagge della Versilia andando verso il mare e in poco tempo (dipende dalla meta) permette di arrivare nel cuore del parco delle Apuane. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi ha come obiettivo le visite alle Apuane, alle cave di marmo, ai paesini e alla natura della vicina Garfagnana, intervallate da giorni di puro riposo e/o relax a bordo piscina (quasi personale nel nostro periodo di permanenza alla fine di Agosto) o sulle spiaggie della Versilia. Indicato sia per solo adulti che per famiglie con bimbi.

"Appartement neuf ,qui se trouve sur les hauteurs de Massa avec grande terrasse d''où l''on peut admirer de magnifiques coucher de soleil. Idéalement situé pour découvrir à la fois la région des 5 terres et une partie de la Toscane Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui n''hésite pas nous donner de bons conseils et à nous rendre service , nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille."
