All details are perfect. The setting, the views, the rooms, the breakfast (superb) and the staff outfit was perfect. Without a car, can be challenging, since one of the days we had to rely on the personal cars of the staff, since the shuttle was not available.

The resort was great the staff was friendly! The Saturday night party was WOW! Just as other reviewers have mentioned! Ours was the end of the year celebration and ended around 7:00! It did not disturb our sleep but you knew it was happening! Breakfast was great the service was great! The hotel is clean and the waters are amazing!

The beach club is stunning but there are issues!

The location of this place is unmatchable. We will be back despite some issues with our stay because it's simply stunning. The beach club staff was excellent, Emmanuelle was on top of our orders and always close by to get us drinks and food. My complaint is about the hotel and house keeping staff and some issues we had here: 1) We had a real metal key because they could not get their digital keys to work. Kind of a pain to carry around, and then we only had 1, which is hard when you have two people staying in the same room. 2) the first day our shower flooded the whole room! We came to find out that they were doing maintenance on their sewer tank but nobody warned us not to shower or that it would back up into the room. 3) They hold raves on Saturday and Sunday night. The beach club is filled with hundreds of people and the thumping music goes until 2 am. If you were hoping to go to bed early, that's not going to happen over the weekend. 4) We will be renting a car next time we come. The shuttle is not dependable, and you're trapped at the resort without them. The taxis know this and rip you off so badly. We probably spent $1300 euros in taxis just to get around. 5) The housekeeping staff removed a personal item from our room that nobody seemed to know where to find on the morning of our departure. When they finally found, they expected me to pay for shipping even though I did not leave it behind on purpose. The hotel ignore my messages on What'sApp about it

the hotel was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very good with a large variety of food which was different every evening and the wait staff were great. The food was a little expensive but of excellent quality. There was also an all inclusive feature available but were informed that we had to come from the UK to take advantage of that. We also felt that we treated as "second class citizens" because we were not part of the all incusive. The shuttle service is fantastic and is easy to hook up with and very handy. One of the biggest issues we had with the place was the ANTS. They were everywhere, you have to keep your windows closed or they will be in all of your things.

Cancelled our Reservation the day before arrival!

We were booked to stay in the Sea Conca last week. I booked in advance and had received several emails confirming our stay because it was a special occasion- Our 20th anniversary. I received an email the day before we were supposed to arrive (glad I had cell service) telling me that they can no longer accommodate us. En route to Sorrento, we didn't know where we were staying because they moved us to one hotel and then another. They put us in a hotel that catered to British seniors. We are Americans in our 40s so it was very strange. The new hotel was on a very dangerous road and we had to walk because the shuttle wasn't offered when we wanted to go into town.

De kamers zijn uitstekend, er is geen lift en wij zaten op de 3e etage bovendien stond de schoonmaak wagen permanent naast onze voordeur, dat hoort niet! Het eten is royaal maar geen bijzondere keuken, hoewel hun roerei heel goed is. Hun wijnen zijn matig, het bier is wel goed. De zwembaden waren fantastisch, een kleiner en een enorm zwembad. Er is aan de buitenkant wel het nodige achterstallig onderhoud. Tot slot, de ligging is prachtig.

Ausenthalt auf der Klippe

Grundsätzlich sind wir bei der Buchung davon ausgegangen, dass wir knappe 2 Minuten bis zu Meer benötigen. Was bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt wurde, war, dass es auch noch Zimmer oberhalb der Klippe gibt. Dort wurden wir untergebracht. Meersicht - ja. Balkon - nein. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, mit einem Shuttlebus nach unten zum Meer zu fahren. Wir waren nur 4 Nächte dort und waren zum Glück sonst unterwegs. Somit war es nicht so schlimm. Achtung - auf den Fotos ist immer nur das Resort unten am Meer abgebildet. Es bestehen keine Aussenfotos von der Unterkunft oben auf der Klippe. Das Personal war nett. Das Morgenbuffet (wir hatten bloss Zimmer mit Frühstück) war in Ordnung.
