Located close to Sorrento (5 km) and only 800 m from the town of Massa Lubrense, Villa Costanza is a lovely villa with stunning views of the Gulf of Naples, and a private path (via steps) that leads to the beach. It is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the bus station and is just 5 km from Sorrento where you can explore the town or hop on a boat to Capri and other destinations.

Many popular towns in the region are within easy reach by car or public transport from Sorrento – including Amalfi, Positano and Ravello.

Villa Costanza (200 sqm) develops over two levels connected by an internal (16-step) staircase. The villa is accessed through an electric gate followed by a footpath descending 300 m private lane (not suitable for people with walking difficulties).

On the lower floor, you will find a living room with large windows overlooking the sea (with fireplace, TV and one double sofa bed), one double bedroom (with double bed and sea view) and one separate bathroom (with shower).

On the upper floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofas and a dining table seating 8) as well as a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms

- One double bedroom (with double bed and balcony with sea view) with en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- One double/twin bedroom (with a pull-out bed that can become a double or two single beds)
- One separate bathroom (with shower)

Outside you will find private terraces with sea views (with sofas, sun loungers and outdoor eating areas), a private path (with 60 steps) along the waterfront that leads to the beach at Marina della Lobra and open-air parking at street level for 1 car; a 2nd car can be parked along the street on the blue lines, for a fee, the distance will depend on the availability. There is now a newly added small private swimming pool (3x5 meters; depth approx. 1.3m; open from April till the end of October) with deck chairs and sea views.
