"Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned."

"Ein Hotel komplett ohne Personal sprich man begegnet niemanden, was für den einen positiv ist und für den anderen vielleicht weniger,wenn man lieber eine Ansprechperson hat. Es gibt keine Rezeption, man bekommt einen Code und mit diesdm kommt man ins Gebäude, kann den Aufzug nutzen und ins Zimmer. ..."
