「It all starts with the host, Louis, who is outstanding. He allowed my brother to do a walkthrough of the property months before we showed up. Louis communicates effectively and efficiently, and responds immediately. The fridge was initially stocked with breakfast essentials, there was wine in the dining room table and beverages in the small fridge. There were towels and bathrobes in every closet, and essentials in every bathroom and shower. This property is everything it’s advertised to be, a...

「I was first surprised that it was a basement unit. It’s advertised as a “downstairs apartment” but it is the basement level. Important to know because unfortunately it has the musty smell of that space. The unit was spacious but because it was a basement the smell of mold and in the bedroom a stronger cat urine smell was noticeable. Also the upstairs living space was clearly in use as the running and footsteps were loud. In the early morning the sprinklers bang off the ac unit which was...

「My husband and I, along with our Golden, were on LI for three weeks. We spent our last seven days in this super clean updated apartment. It had everything we needed. The fenced yard was an extra perk, although we didn't get to truly utilize it due to weather and other activities. It's as inviting as the photos though. The dog, however, spent some time out there and loved it. We stayed in the bedroom right off the living room and it was comfy. Anderson is a terrific host. He's helpful and easy...
