The property is a house with 3 entrance's and exits. You will have the whole south room of the house, full bathroom, big 20x20 room, TV, king bed, double futon. Front door has porch with grill and seating . 8 minutes to beach. Pet friendly with fenced yard. Also has microwave, coffee pot, oven table top, hot plate, crock pot, air fryer, toaster, rice cooker and mini fridge. Smart TV has google account and Netflix account. Wifi.

great location, great management
This was the perfect space for us, we are just 3 great friends who need to get together once in a while. We love the porch for our hanging out. The bed is super comfortable and it’s a peaceful neighborhood spot. The price is right, so we’ve made it our spot to return to when we come to Matagorda!

It was good I have been going to matagorda for about 5 years now I was very disappointed on how they turned their beach which has opened up with graders no shells to be found stacked in like sardines just another greedy and money feed town like port a I'm sorry the pristine of the beach with was natural untouched beach buggy be with children driving by their selves infant riding on laps toddlers no car seats welcome to port Aransas messed I will retire somewhere else the property and host was awesome thanks
